Special Meeting and Public Hearing
2/15/22
Chairman A. Morrell called the meeting to order at 19:00 Hrs.
Attending: A.Morrell, J.Shipe, R.Wilsey, Secretary John McGinnis, Counsel William Fletcher
Absent: D.Considine, S.Shuler
Purpose: The purpose of this special meeting was to provide a public hearing for the Mendon Fire Distict’s vote on the adoption of Section 466K of the Real Property Tax Law; and to vote on the adoption of said amendment.
One citizen attended the meeting with question which were answered satisfactorily.
J.Shipe made a motion to adopt Section 466K effective 3/1/22, 2nd by R.Wilsey. The motion was approved unanimously 3-0.
The votes were cast as follows:
YES: A. Morrell, J.Shipe, R. Wilsey
ABSENT: D.Considine, S.Shuler.
Motion to adjourn by R.Wilsey, 2nd by A.Morrell. Motion unanimously approved 3-0, Meeting adjourned at 19:15 Hrs.
